Screens
Four ways a stock builds a base
Each screen is a published test applied to every stock in the dataset after the close. Move the dials to tighten or loosen a screen, combine all four, and save your settings in this browser.

Why bases, not news
Before a stock makes a large move it usually spends weeks or months moving sideways while stronger hands accumulate. A base with shrinking pullbacks, a stock at all-time highs with no trapped sellers, a year-long consolidation nearing its top, or a recent listing forming its first base — these are the structures where the odds of a sustained move improve. The screens find them; the research decides which are worth owning and why.
Screen output is measurement, not a recommendation. Stocks appear here because they satisfy a numeric test, not because they have been researched. Research reports are issued separately with rating, target, stop-loss and disclosures.
