My interest in markets started with economics — demand and supply, pricing, GDP, inflation — and turned into tracking listed companies from 2007 onwards. An MBA in Finance and a certification in investment banking gave that curiosity a method: rigorous fundamental work, tested against price action.

The research focuses on long-horizon opportunities: cyclical companies near the bottom of their cycle, small companies with a real competitive advantage — patents, entry barriers, a niche nobody else serves — and early-stage businesses in sunrise industries whose management has the technical capability to scale. Ideas are held for months to years, not days.

Professionally I have worked in urban infrastructure finance and public-private partnership structuring, which shapes how I read capital-intensive sectors — power, transmission, water, transport, defence. Understanding how projects are financed, awarded and executed is often the edge in judging which order books will turn into earnings.

Watching retail investors lose money to unverified tips and media noise is what pushed me to register with SEBI and publish under my own name. The research here is written to be checked: assumptions stated, disclosures made, exits defined in advance.

How I work

Risk before reward. Capital protection comes first; a defined stop-loss exists before any entry. Process before outcome. A few well-tested strategies applied consistently beat chasing novelty. Know when not to act. The chart and the data decide timing, not emotion or news flow.
