Fees and Refund Policy

Fees

Fees are charged only for research services and are disclosed on the Plans page before payment. The annual fee to an individual or HUF client, including all family members, will not exceed the SEBI limit (currently ₹1,51,000 excluding statutory charges). Quarterly and yearly plans collect the fee in advance; SEBI permits Research Analysts to collect fees up to one year in advance (Board decision of September 2025 — confirm the notified amendment before offering yearly plans). Payments are accepted only through the payment link, the SEBI-validated UPI ID (sugam.6.ra@validhdfc) and the bank account published on this website.

Cancellation

Clients may discontinue at any time by written notice to sugam2410@gmail.com. Access to research ends at the close of the paid period unless a refund is requested for the unexpired term.

Refunds

Where a client terminates a pre-paid service before the end of the paid period, fees for the unexpired period are refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting a breakage fee not exceeding one quarter's fee, in line with SEBI's guidelines for Research Analysts. Where the Research Analyst terminates the service or the registration is suspended or cancelled, the unexpired fee is refunded in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 15 working days.

Non-refundable

Statutory taxes already deposited and payment-gateway charges are not refundable. Refunds are not available on the ground of research views not producing profits.
