Annual Compliance Audit

Regulation 25(3) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations requires an annual compliance audit by a qualified professional (CA, CS or CMA), completed within six months of the financial year end and filed with RAASB within one month of completion. Adverse observations, if any, and corrective actions are published here.
