Last updated 21 September 2026 · Version 2026-09
This policy describes how Sugam Kashyap collects and uses personal data, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and SEBI record-keeping requirements.
What is collected
Name, email, mobile number, PAN and other KYC details required by SEBI; consent records for the Terms and MITC; payment references; communications relating to research services; and basic technical information such as anonymised page views.
Why
To onboard clients as required by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, deliver research services, maintain the records SEBI mandates (minimum five years), handle grievances, and improve the website. Processing is based on consent and legal obligation.
Sharing
Data is not sold or rented. It may be shared with SEBI, RAASB or other authorities when required by law, with the compliance auditor for the annual audit, and with service providers (hosting, authentication, email, payment) under appropriate safeguards.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied. Records are retained for the period required by SEBI, and longer where a dispute is pending.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data (subject to statutory retention), and withdraw consent for non-mandatory processing, by emailing sugam2410@gmail.com. Grievances regarding personal data may be raised at the same address.
